CINCINNATI – (Nov. 23, 2015) Partnership for Innovation in Education (PIE) CEO and founder, Mary Welsh Schlueter, has been named a finalist for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s 10th annual “WE Celebrate” Women’s Business Awards. Mary is a finalist for the Empowerment Award presented by Fifth Third Bank for her ongoing commitment to encouraging and inspiring local students, especially girls and minorities, through her innovative STEM work with PIE.

The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber annual “WE Celebrate” awards recognize women and women-owned businesses for their achievement, innovation, social responsibility and mentoring.

“I am truly honored to be included among these inspiring women leaders in the Greater Cincinnati area. The students, teachers and community partners I work with continually energize me as we bring creative and forward-thinking educational opportunities to our local schools – hoping to inspire the next generation of leaders for our region,” said Mary Welsh Schlueter.
